We have recently partnered with the Austin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure and we are really excited about working with this great organization.  Susan G. Komen for the Cure® was started in 1982 by Nancy G. Brinker after her sister, Susan G. Komen, lost her own battle with breast cancer. 

Inspired by her sister’s dedication to helping other women with breast cancer, Nancy started the Susan G. Komen for the Cure®.  To date, the foundation has contributed more than $1 billion to breast cancer research, with $7 million of that coming from the Austin Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

To show our support for the great work they are doing, from now until November 5, we will donate $5.00 to the Komen Austin Affiliate for every “Perfectly Pink” arrangement we sell.  This arrangement is the perfect way to show someone you are thinking of them, and to bring a little sunshine into their life, while also supporting a meaningful cause.  And don’t forget that they are one of our Helping Hands partners as well!
