This week has been a pretty cool week. We now have the technology to update and confirm a delivery as soon as it is hand-delivered to the recipient. What does this mean for you, the sender? You will have an email (if we are provided with your email address) within minutes of the flowers being hand delivered by a Freytag’s Florist driver. No more sitting around all afternoon wondering if your flowers were delivered. No more being placed on hold so we can verify delivery, you will have it at your fingertips. I try to look at everything through the customer’s eyes and this had me about as excited as anything we have done in a while. I hope you are too.
